Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paddle Merchant of Record:
Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle issues all refunds to your original payment method.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. No questions asked — you do not need to give a reason.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Use the link in your Paddle purchase receipt email, or
  • Contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net, or
  • Email us at gigearningsguide@gmail.com with the email address you used to purchase.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days.

4. After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, the license key for that order and its web reader access are deactivated.

5. Cancellation

The guide is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel after you buy.

6. After 14 Days

Refund requests made after 14 days are not normally accepted. If you were charged twice, or a technical problem prevents you from accessing the guide, contact us at any time and we will help.

7. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
