Paddle Merchant of Record Disclosure:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. Paddle handles order-related inquiries, billing disputes, sales tax/VAT compliance, and returns.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, or accessing any digital material, ebook, software tool, or interactive web reader provided by Gig Earnings Guide ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "User", or "Shopper") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or buy our products.

Seller: Gig Earnings Guide (gigearningsguide.com), an independent digital publisher. Contact: gigearningsguide@gmail.com. All orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

2. Description of Digital Products & Delivery

We provide educational publications, message templates, and instructional materials for independent contractors who work in on-demand delivery:

  • Complete 16-Chapter Master Edition ($14.99): Includes the complete 16-chapter digital handbook (PDF and EPUB in English, Spanish and Turkish, plus PDF summary editions in 10 more languages), a 1-page action cheat sheet, bilingual customer shortcut messages, store layout cheat sheets, and access to the interactive browser web reader.

Fulfillment: All products are 100% digital goods. Once your payment is confirmed, a unique license key is shown on-screen and saved in your browser. Please write it down or take a screenshot. Paddle emails you a receipt, but the receipt does not contain the key. If you lose your key, email us with the transaction details from your Paddle receipt and we will look it up.

3. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Customer payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom) or Paddle Payments Ireland Ltd as the Merchant of Record. This covers payments by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other payment option available in the checkout overlay. Paddle is responsible for secure checkout processing, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance, calculating charges, and paying local sales tax/VAT to government tax authorities.

4. License & Permitted Use (Anti-Piracy)

When you make a valid purchase, you are granted a single-user, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license. This license lets you view, read, and use the guide and its accompanying tools for your personal, non-commercial self-employment activities.

Strict Prohibition Against Redistribution: You may NOT copy, distribute, republish, resell, loan, sub-license, or scrape any portion of the guide or license keys. You also may NOT upload any portion of them to torrents, file-sharing clouds, AI training models, or private group chats (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp). Any unauthorized distribution is copyright infringement. It will result in immediate license revocation and legal enforcement under the DMCA and international copyright treaties.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, for any reason, with no questions asked. Request it from your Paddle receipt email, through paddle.net, or by emailing gigearningsguide@gmail.com. Once a refund is processed, that order's license key and web reader access are deactivated. 6. User Conduct & Content Use

Users must act lawfully and respectfully. The following is strictly forbidden: sharing pirated materials, or promoting multi-accounting bots or third-party batch-grabbing "grabber" software that violates platform Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gig Earnings Guide, its authors, and resellers will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of, or inability to use, the guides or tools. Our total cumulative liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product you purchased.

8. Amendments & Governing Law

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. These terms are governed by, and will be interpreted under, the laws that apply to consumer protection and digital sales.
